Who We Are
Our goal is to provide quality, fair, safe, and inclusive housing for our community.
We work with a team of professionals with a variety of skill sets within multifamily investments ranging from marketing, deal sourcing, underwriting, and capital raising, etc. Because of their partnerships we are able to leverage their skillsets in our pursuit of properties that have value add potential, all while being able to mitigate risks. We believe in transparency, so that is what we aim to provide to our investors and partners, in order to build and maintain freindly and professional relationships. Although we are just starting out in multifamily investment properties, we are eager and dedicated, and haved gained credibility through our connection with MF Capital Partners LLC.

Anthony Bicknell and Alexa Johnson are managing partners of YNW Capital Holdings, a privately owned multifamily investment company. At the ages of 24 and 25, they recently took interest in real estate after realizing the value and opportunities that multifamily investments could provide for their families and community. Both born and raised in Providence RI, Anthony and Alexa are currently seeking investment opportunities in local neighborhoods, though are interested in multifamily properties in other states across the US.
